tryship is a reseller of shipping labels (AWB). We provide a platform to compare rates and purchase labels from various carriers. We are not a shipping carrier ourselves.
Users are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and addresses. Incorrect information may lead to additional charges or shipment delays.
All payments are processed securely through N-Genius. Once an AWB label is generated, it is non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding to payment.
The selected shipping carrier is solely responsible for the delivery, handling, and safety of your package. tryship is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
